ZIL-117V phaeton ceremonial 1:43 DeAgostini Auto Legends USSR #129

The ZIL-117V (1972–1978) was an open version with a two-door phaeton-type body and a folding fabric awning. A special mechanism, equipped with an electric motor, folded the awning in 10–15 seconds. The ZIL-117V was painted black and dark gray. ZIL-117B phaetons participated in military parades on Red Square in Moscow from 1972 to 1980. They were later transferred to Leningrad (St. Petersburg), where they participated in parades on Palace Square from 1981 to 2008 and from 2015 to 2018. A total of 11 examples were produced.
