ZIL-118A Ambulance USSR 1:43 DeAgostini Service Vehicle #49

This is a unique Soviet ambulance, created in 1965 by order of the Fourth Main Directorate of the USSR Ministry of Health (known as "Kremlin Medicine"). It became the country's first specialized ambulance capable of performing surgical operations while moving.
